Ayesa & NES will jointly offer end-to-end AMI and Distribution Management solutions to help utilities improve overall safety, reliability and efficiency.

Networked Energy Services Corporation (NES), a global smart grid market leader, and Ayesa, a global leader in Smart Grid, Mobility, Cloud, and Cities solutions, today announced a partnership where the companies will bring together their relevant products and services in order to offer end-to-end Smart Grid solutions for the Americas markets. The partnership will bring valuable and differentiated technology to utilities in the region, including NES Patagonia’s state of the art security, analytics and distribution grid automation applications offered together with Ayesa’s Smart Solutions platforms, consulting and systems integration services.

 

NES and Ayesa already serve some of the world’s largest utilities in areas like AMI, workforce management, prepaid energy services and mobility solutions. Utilities in the region are investing billions of dollars to improve overall operations and launch new services to their customers. Ayesa and NES will now be able to offer combined solutions through Ayesa’s local delivery teams to help customers design managed transformation programs by leveraging best in class business processes and software solutions which will enable real time insight into grid conditions, and provide tools to identify and take immediate corrective action for both technical and non-technical grid events.
